Hello! We’re Wil and Kris Hansen, the couple behind White Pepper. We think of White Pepper as an extension of our own life around the table. Whether we’re sitting down to a meal crafted from fresh-picked garden produce, assembling friends around the backyard fire pit, or clattering around a steam-filled kitchen with canning jars and pickling spices, eating well and sharing food is central to our relationship. We want to share our love of food and memorable gatherings with you.

What started from a marriage between a chef and a designer has become a marriage between good food and great presentation. It’s a vital relationship between seasonal, local ingredients and creative vision.

Now we are a team comprised of professionals in event planning, mixology, wine culture and gastronomy who all fully embrace what matters on top all of that: hospitality. Serving and taking care of loved ones and new acquaintances through good food and drink.

Trends come and go, but the core desire to sit and enjoy one another’s company over a meal has stood the test of time. And we are here to walk alongside those celebrations (or the daily grind of work and life!) with you, platter in hand.
