Packages:

Seasonal Table - $14 per guest - 1-3 hour event

Locally sourced and sustainable food are two of our main goals. Our Seasonal Table is an incredible display of foods from local purveyors, farms, and house-made items! Your guests will enjoy Olympia Provisions, chop and house-made charcuterie, Pacific Northwest and imported soft and hard cheeses, Grand Central artisan breads, farm-sourced crudite - roasted and marinated, house-pickled produce, spiced olives, and roasted nuts, various seasonal dips, toppings, and spreads. When setting up the food, variety is key.; an awesome blend of flavors, textures, colors, and items is what makes our Seasonal Table so special. There is something for everyone and it truly is a feast for the eyes! The Seasonal Table service is perfect for open-house style events, and cocktail parties. 

Our servers would arrive 1.5 hours ahead of time and prepare and display the food, attend the spread throughout the event, clean up and head out once the event concluded. This package would have a minimum of 30 guests. 

Seasonal Table - Plus - $20 per guest - 2-5 hour event

Not only will you have our amazing, delicious and beautiful Seasonal Table spread but we will also provide two passed appetizers to mix it up. The chef's choice of the most incredible and seasonally selected hors d'oeuvres from our menu would be passed throughout the duration of your event by our servers, providing an elevated feel to the evening. With the full service option, you would also receive non-alcoholic beverages dispensed from out vintage, patina decanters. 

Our servers would arrive 2 hours ahead of time and prepare and display the food, attend the spread throughout the event, clean up and head out once the event concluded. This package would have a minimum of 50 guests. 

Seasonal Table - Plus - Bar Service - $10 per guest/per hour of service - 3-6 hour event

With this package you have all your bases covered! Seasonal Table spread of incredible local meats, cheeses, canapes, house-made pickles and sauces, local breads and amazing canapes, the chef's best passed appetizers from our menu as well as our world class Tonics service. We would have bar service throughout the duration of your event for your guests from our hand-crafted bar fronts. The bar will be stocked with two different wines, a local beer and one of our signature cocktails from our extensive beverage list

Our servers would arrive 2 hours ahead of time and prepare and display the food, attend the spread throughout the event, clean up and head out once the event concluded. This package would have a minimum of 50 guests. 

Full Service - Plus - Bar Service - $65 per guest

This package is intended for those who wish to have an intimate, elegant affair for the ones they appreciate, love and want to honor this holiday season. You and your guests will enjoy a stationary spread of charcuterie, local cheeses, rustic breads. crudite, house-pickled vegetables and dips to start the evening. We will be providing our bar service throughout the entirety of your event; serving up a red and white wine, a local beer and one of our signature cocktails. For dinner service, to start there will be a plated foraged greens salad followed by our chef's choice seasonally selected plated meal.

This package would also include non-alcoholic beverages served in our vintage patina dispensers as well as table and serveware. An event like this requires quite a bit of staff to bring things together and execute meal service flawlessly. Our service team will arrive on site 2 hours prior to guest arrival. They'll be responsible for setting things up (tables, chairs, linens, and all place settings) for the evening. Our chef team will set up an outdoor kitchen and begin prep-work for cocktail hour and meal service. During the event, all staff will manage their stations and responsibilities. We'll assist the bar team with pouring wine at the tables and will help guests with anything they need. Once the event concludes, we'll clean all the spaces and will pack and load-out. We'd plan to be off site 1 hour post-event. This package would have a minimum of 30 guests.

+ Coordination Services - $300

Don't have time this holiday season to plan an event, but really want to honor some of your favorite people? We can provide an event coordinator for you! This coordinator would help acquire rentals, floral or other decorative elements, assist in the overall feel and design of the evening, create a Run Of Show to keep everyone on time the day of the event and would be on site throughout the event going over the finer details, and executing your vision. All this, so that you can relax and enjoy the party as well!
