Hello! We’re Wil and Kris Hansen, the couple behind White Pepper. We think of White Pepper as an extension of our own life around the table. Whether we’re sitting down to a meal crafted from fresh-picked garden produce, assembling friends around the backyard fire pit, or clattering around a steam-filled kitchen with canning jars and pickling spices, eating well and sharing food is central to our relationship. We want to share our love of food and memorable gatherings with you.
White Pepper is not only a marriage between a chef (Wil’s second love is his cast iron skillet) and a visual artist (Kris has credentials as an interior designer); it’s a marriage between good food and great presentation. It’s a marriage between fresh, local ingredients and creative vision. Our goal is to create menus suited to your tastes, vision, and budget for your event. From menu planning to presentation, we work with you at every step to make your event come to life.
