  • Location Parameters: Within 15 miles of downtown Portland
  • Timeframe: 1 or 2 hour service window between 12pm and 8pm (your choice on length and start time)

Kentucky Gold - Eastside Distilling Burnside Bourbon, House-Made Honey-Mint Syrup, Lemon Juice, Orange Bitters, Reed's Ginger Beer Float - On the rocks in a highball glass, lemon wheel garnish.

Hemingway - Caña Brava Oak-Aged Rum, Luxardo Marachino Liqueur, Lime Juice, Grapefruit Bitters - Served up in a champagne coupe, lime wheel garnish

Below we have some estimates for alcoholic and non-alcoholic Happy Hour beverage service to give you an idea of our pricing. In order to keep things as simple as possible for our Happy Hour clients - we price things per guest, based on length of service. For a standard 2 hour Happy Hour service, we start with a base price of $16/guest for our seasonal Happy Hour menu of 2 cocktails, 1 wine, and 1 beer. Feel free to look over our beverage list (Here) and let us know if something else catches your eye (maybe a Mai Tai strikes your fancy a bit more than the Kentucky Gold?) We are more than happy to make adjustments to the menu if you wish. Should you decide to add some additional cocktails, beer, or wine from our beverage lists, the price will go up a little. We try to find a nice balance in price to keep things affordable. When we provide bar service, we bring everything needed! (garnishes, mixers, chill buckets, keg taps, serving equipment, ice, etc) We don't want you to worry about a thing. We want you to trust our expertise and professionalism and have a cocktail and enjoy your time!

For non-alcoholic beverages we have the option to add coffee and tea as well as a Non-Alcoholic cocktail. We typically offer coffee and tea for about 50% of guests; that's usually about how many will actually partake.

1 Hour - Cocktail, Beer, and Wine Service - $11 per eligible drinker

Bartending Staff

Tending a bar is no minor task; our bartenders are skilled, professional, and friendly. We typically like to have a bartender for every 60 or so guests at an event. Sometimes, depending on the mix of cocktails and other drinks, a bar-back or additional bartender will be required. We'll arrive on site about 1 hour prior to the beginning of the event. The bartenders will be responsible for setting things up. Once Happy Hour is over, we'll clean all our spaces and will pack and load-out. We plan to be off site just about 30 minutes post-event.
